About The Role

Responsible for delivering high-quality data, analysis, and visualisation support within cross-functional teams, with a primary focus on healthcare-related initiatives.

The role operates within the Business Intelligence function while working closely with Strategic Analytics, Data Science, and business stakeholders to support coordinated, data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities


  • Work closely with Strategic Analytics, Data Science, and other stakeholders to support end-to-end analytics initiatives
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, exploratory data analysis (EDA), visualization on large and complex datasets
  • Develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical outputs to support business decision-making and operational monitoring.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, structured insights and actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
  • Support problem solving discussions by investigating hypotheses, identifying patterns, and contributing analytical perspectives to business challenges.
  • Collaborate with Data Science team to prepare datasets, validate outputs and operationalize analytical solutions where required.
  • Support Strategic Analytics initiatives by translating business requirements into analytical components
  • Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability across analytics deliverables and reporting outputs.
  • Participate in enterprise initiatives, missions teams, and transformation efforts requiring cross-functional collaboration across various teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics capabilities, reusable assets, and reporting standards within Enterprise Analytics.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across business and functional teams to support effective delivery and alignment.

Requirements

Background


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Actuarial, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering or related quantitative disciplines. Graduate degrees are an added advantage.
  • Approximately 5-10 years of working experience in any analytics related function like Data Science, AI, business intelligence, market research or insights analysis.
  • Experience working in the Banking, Insurance or Healthcare sectors highly desirable.

Technical skills


  • Strong proficiency in SQL to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
  • Experience with Tableau for dashboard design and insights delivery is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to statistical analysis, experimentation, or analytical problem-solving methodologies is advantageous.
  • Experience with Python, R, Databricks or cloud analytics platforms is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills, deductive reasoning, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent relationship management, strong team building, and the ability to work across business units and functions to drive positive business outcomes.
  • Passionate about working with numbers.
