Role Description

This is a hands-on Creative Intern position based in Kuala Lumpur, contributing to real client work from day one. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing short-form videos for social media campaigns, supporting content shoots (in-studio and on-location), organising and managing video assets and project files, and collaborating with the creative team across multiple client accounts.

The intern will work closely with our editors, shooters, and strategists, gaining exposure to the full content production pipeline from shoot day to final delivery.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in a relevant field (Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, Film, Marketing, or similar)
• Proficient in CapCut (knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro is a bonus)
• Basic camera and lighting skills, and comfortable being on set
• Strong sense of pacing, trends, and what makes short-form content perform
• A creative eye and solid visual storytelling instincts
• Reliable, proactive, and a genuine team player
• Able to commit to a minimum 4-month placement
