Job Description

• Monitor daily QAQC activities to ensure inspections are carried out in accordance with approved procedures, quality standards, and inspection plans.
• Oversee and coordinate the work of QC Inspectors, ensuring Inspection activities are completed effectively, accurately, and on schedule.
• Review inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCR), and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, inspection guidelines, visual standards, and quality documents.
• Lead root cause analysis and coordinate corrective and preventive action (CAPA) for quality issues.
• Monitor the effectiveness and consistency of QC processes and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Project Team to resolve quality -related issues and ensure customer requirements are meet.
• Support supplier quality management, product validation , and new product quality planning.
• Prepare quality performance reports, KPIs, and management presentations.
• Support internal audits, customer audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and guide QC Inspector on inspection methods, quality standards, and best practices to improve overall team competency.

Qualification :

• Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Skills :

• Good understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specificationss, and quality requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Knowledge of quality improvements tool such as 7QC Tools, CAPA, 5 Why, FMES, SPC, and lean manufacturing is an advantage.

Experience :

• Minimum 3 year of experience in QA/QC within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating quality systems, quality improvement projects, and cross-fuctional teams is preferred.
• Experience supervising or guiding QC personnel is an added advantage.
