Are you passionate about corporate strategy, business planning, market intelligence and business performance analysis?

JLG Capital Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of JLand Group [JLG]) is looking for an Executive, Strategic Planning to join our Portfolio Management team. This role lets you work closely with senior management on strategic initiatives that shape the future of our Property Investment business.

What You'll Be Doing:

Support corporate strategy and business planning initiatives across the Group

Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking and industry analysis

Monitor business performance, KPIs and strategic initiatives

Prepare management reports, presentations and Board papers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects

Support business case evaluations and strategic decision-making

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

At least 2 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Strategic Planning, Corporate Planning, Finance, Business Analysis, Consulting or related fields

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Experience preparing management reports and presentations

Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently

Exposure to property investment, asset management, real estate, investment banking or consulting will be an added advantage.
