Reporting to the Team Head, the incumbent will oversee quality management activities within a large-scale technology platform project. This role is responsible for ensuring robust quality governance, effective vendor oversight, and continuous improvement of project processes and deliverables.

• Execute detailed system analysis and functional design for core application systems to ensure scalability, security, and smooth integration.

• Collaborate closely with the cross-functional teams to define project requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of software projects.

• Handle the end-to-end system implementation cycle, assisting in deployment, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Interact and work with developers (internal and offshore) on a daily basis to clarify design logic, resolve technical blockers, and review code quality.

• Conduct analysis on existing systems and evaluate market-ready software solutions and technical tools.

• Perform day-to-day vendor management by monitoring external contractors' deliverables and ensuring compliance with technical standards.

• Assist the Project Manager to handle project schedules, track milestones, monitor timelines, and manage technical risks under established project management frameworks.

• Provide technical guidance and support to developers to ensure alignment with system design specifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 4 years of progressive professional experience within the Information Technology sector, with experience in System Analysis/Design functions.

• Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies

• Proven experience in system analysis, system design, and full-cycle system implementation.

• Solid experience in daily vendor management (handling external contractors/suppliers) and assisting to handle/lead project workflows.

• Familiarity with project management concepts and SDLC methodologies (Agile/ Scrum/ Waterfall).

• Professional credentials such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL Foundation are preferred but not mandatory

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role
