Sinotrans Hiring! Full Time Facility Engineer in New Territories, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

1.Assist the Engineering Manager in leading and coordinating the engineering team; supervise daily building maintenance and operation of all building services systems (including HVAC, fire services system, plumbing, electrical system, security system, ELV facilities and CCTV/MATV) of a Logistics Centre.

2.Prepare, organize, verify, and archive all documents related to maintenance and repair works.

3.Prepare tender documents for engineering works; supervise repair and maintenance tasks and monitor contractor performance and service quality.

4.Maintain close liaison and communication with tenants and clients to ensure high-standard engineering support and excellent customer service.

5.Handle and resolve various emergency incidents promptly.

Job Requirements:

1.Higher Diploma or Associate Degree or above in Building Services, Electronic, or Electrical Engineering.

2.3–5 years relevant working experience in building facility management.

3.Hold a valid Grade A Registered Electrical Worker (REW) licence.

4.Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software.

5.Familiar with the operation of Building Management Systems (BMS), Extra‑Low Voltage (ELV) facilities, IP/CCTV, and security/access control systems.

6.Knowledge of the principles and system configuration of Johnson Controls BMS is preferred.
