Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale applications and platforms.
• Drive solution architecture, technical design, and development best practices across projects.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications, including both UI and server-side components.
• Deliver scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions for business-critical systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to define technical requirements and solution approaches.
• Lead the implementation of system integrations, APIs, and real-time data processing capabilities.
• Perform hands-on coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
• Manage technical delivery throughout the full software development lifecycle, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership on complex projects and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, automation, and engineering efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise-level software solutions and large-scale technology projects.
• Strong expertise in solution architecture, application design, and modern software engineering practices.
• Proven hands-on full-stack development experience across both frontend and backend technologies.
• Passion for technology with strong coding skills and the ability to work as a hands-on technical contributor.
• Experience within banking, financial services, trading platforms, or real-time transaction systems is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing technical delivery, working with senior stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
