Key Responsibilities

1.Provide application support for the Futures business

2.Be responsible for system maintenance and operations

3.Monitor and ensure the reliability, performance and stability of business systems

4.Work closely with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects to meet business needs

5.Support enhancement projects, systems updates and maintenance activities

6.Prepare documentation, reports and training materials based on user requirement

7.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Futures applications

8.Design and develop internal tools or small-scale systems to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency Perform ad hoc duties and assignments as assigned by the department.

Requirements

1. Degree in Computer Science or IT related disciplines

2. Approximately5 years of relevant experience in application support within banking or financial institutions, preferably in trading systems

3. Strong project management and vendor management skills, with a proven track record in system deployment and vendor management

4. Experience in global Futures systems setup and operation will be advantageous, i.e., ION/FIS/ESunny etc.

5. Proficiency in at least one programming language, e.g., Python

6. Understanding of the derivative market and its operations is an advantage

7. Fluent in both English and Mandarin is a must
