Bank Of Communications Hiring! Full Time Specialist (AI Expert) in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design, planning, R&D, project implementation, and daily management of AI cutting-edge technology, promote the development and application of AI;

• Deeply understand business needs, promote machine learning, large model and other intelligent application implementation, improve business efficiency and value through dual effects;

• Responsible for continuously optimizing AI capabilities, formulating and promoting team capabilities improvement plans and mechanism innovation;

• Responsible for the design and development of AI model platforms and construction platforms;

• Responsible for deep learning-related model design and optimization, computer vision/ OCR/ image processing/ graphics and other algorithms research and AI platform optimization, AI-related distributed computing framework construction and performance optimization, etc;

• Complete other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• A master's degree or above from a well-known domestic or international universitiy, with majors in AI, computer science, mathematics and other related fields; those with degrees from internationally renowned universities are preferred;

• With 3 or more years of professional experience in fields such as artificial intelligence, automation, mathematics, computer vision, data mining, etc., familiar with machine learning, deep learning, graph algorithms, etc. Candidates with 5 or more years of relevant experience will be preferred;

• Possess model design capabilities, proficient in using at least one mainstream deep learning framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, skilled in Python/PySpark development under Linux environment, with in-depth understanding of big data and distributed system architecture;

• Priority will be given to candidates who have led or participated in AI planning for large institutions, and those with research or development experience in generative large models;
