About the role

We are seeking a Content Creation and Artiste Assistant to join our Artiste Talent Management Team. In this role, you will support the creation, development and management of engaging content across multiple platforms whilst providing essential assistance to our artiste roster. You will work closely with Artiste Manager to support the strategic objectives of Media Asia Group Holdings Limited.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative assistance to artistes, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements

  2. Handling correspondence and communication with clients, agents, and other industry professionals

  3. Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials, social media content, and other promotional activities

  4. Organizing and maintaining records, files, and other important documentation

  5. Providing general support to the Artiste Talent Management team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders

  3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines

  4. Strong social media platform skills in using Video/photo editing

  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  6. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are also welcome
