TEKsystems Hiring! Full Time Business analyst - MNC in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

A leading retail bank is expanding its project team to support several strategic transformation initiatives across Credit Cards, Mortgage, and Fraud Management. Opportunities are available for experienced Business Analysts from either business or technology backgrounds, with a strong preference for candidates who possess solid retail banking domain knowledge.

Successful candidates will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to deliver large-scale system migration, integration, enhancement, and transformation projects.

Business Analysis

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.

• Conduct impact assessments, scoping exercises, and gap analysis.

• Review and improve business processes and operational workflows.

• Support system migration, integration, and transformation initiatives.

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and business sign-off.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

• Prepare project documentation, business process flows, and management reporting materials.

• Strong experience within Retail Banking, ideally in:

  • Credit Cards

  • Mortgage

  • Fraud Management

  • Customer / Consumer Banking Products

• Experience working on system migration, system integration, digital transformation, or vendor replacement projects.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience working with external vendors and third-party solution providers.

• Ability to perform requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, and project coordination.

• Fluent Cantonese and English; Mandarin would be advantageous.
