Responsibilities
Job Scope:
Attend to patient enquiries and guide them through the healthcare system
Provide assistance such as wheelchair support
Observe/tag fall-risk patients, issue facemasks, and take temperatures
Guide patients in using self-service kiosks and mobile applications
Perform height, weight, and blood pressure measurements
Assist with wayfinding and general enquiries
Help eligible patients complete medical questionnaires
