The Customer Service Manager will work closely with doctors, therapists, nurses, and administrative staff to coordinate schedules, streamline communication, maintain accurate records, and support a seamless patient journey from appointment booking to post-treatment follow-up.

The role also involves tracking service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting initiatives that enhance client engagement, loyalty, and overall clinic experience.

  • High level of professionalism, empathy, discretion, and cultural sensitivity when interacting with clients
  • Proficiency with appointment scheduling systems, CRM tools, and basic office software
  • A diploma or degree in business, hospitality, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred
