Role Description The Senior Executive will lead strategic initiatives across Insight Genesis - IGAi’s core verticals, overseeing business development, partnerships, and cross-functional alignment to drive growth. This role includes defining and executing go-to-market strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and shaping product and service offerings in collaboration with product, data, and engineering teams. The Senior Executive will build and manage key stakeholder relationships, represent the company in external engagements, and provide thought leadership in AI-driven behavioral insights and personalized guidance. Responsibilities also include setting performance targets, monitoring key metrics, and optimizing operations to ensure scalable, sustainable impact. This is a full-time remote role.

• Business development and partnership management skills, with a track record of building alliances in fintech, HR technology, edtech, or digital health.
• Strong understanding of AI, data-driven products, and behavioral insights, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical strategies.
• Operational management skills, including performance tracking, process optimization, and leading cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and markets.
• Experience working in or with emerging markets, unbanked populations, or mission-driven technology organizations is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Technology Management, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools and the ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with global teams.
