Product Manager (Internal Systems / B2B Platform)

Job Description

1. Responsible for the product design, documentation, and delivery of internal systems. Participate in the full product lifecycle from planning to launch, ensuring product quality and user experience.
2. Communicate closely with users to understand business requirements, extract key needs, and translate them into feasible product solutions.
3. Gain a deep understanding of business processes, abstract problems and requirements, and provide comprehensive product solutions and roadmaps. Empower business operations and improve efficiency through product capabilities.
4. Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to drive project execution and ensure successful delivery of business goals.
5. Stay updated on B2B industry trends and directions, and apply insights to product planning and optimization.

Requirements

1. Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in backend systems or enterprise/B2B products. Experience in internal systems or platform products is preferred.
2. Proficient in product design tools such as Visio and Axure, familiar with mind-mapping tools, and basic understanding of database concepts.
3. Familiar with B2B product requirement analysis and product design processes.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, proactive execution ability, and capable of working independently.
5. Excellent communication and project management skills.
6. Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with patience and persistence in handling challenging tasks.
