BeONE Mobile Hiring! Full Time Assistant Product Manager in Selangor - Ricebowl

The product assistant manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of BeONE Mobile's product portfolio, including product strategy, pricing, commercial performance, customer experience, and channel profitability. The role will drive subscriber growth, revenue, and retention through innovative mobile products, effective agent commission structures, and strong collaboration with the host MNO, technology partners, and sales channels.

As BeONE Mobile operates through an agent-driven distribution model, the product manager will also be responsible for developing and managing agent incentives, commission programs, and channel performance initiatives to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Commercial Management, or Telecommunications.

Experience managing sales channels, agents, dealers, or commission-based distribution networks.

Strong commercial, analytical, and financial modelling skills.

Experience working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS), CRM platforms, Billing Systems, or MVNO operational platforms.

Strong understanding of telecom product configuration, commission engines, subscriber lifecycle management, and sales channel operations.

Ability to translate commercial requirements into system configurations and operational processes.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret transaction, commission, and subscriber data.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
