Vanity Cosmeceutical Hiring! Full Time Business Development Assistant Manager (OEM) in Selangor - Ricebowl

We're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Assistant Manager (OEM) to grow our OEM/ODM manufacturing business. In this role, you'll identify new business opportunities, build long-term client partnerships, and manage projects from concept through commercialization. Working closely with R&D, Regulatory, Production, and Supply Chain teams, you'll help deliver innovative skincare solutions while driving sustainable business growth.

• Drive OEM/ODM business growth through new client acquisition and account expansion
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project conversion and repeat business
• Develop commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and product positioning for customers
• Build strong client relationships and manage projects from concept through commercialization
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely product development and successful project delivery
• Monitor sales pipeline, project timelines, margins, and commercial performance
• Improve business processes, documentation, and workflows to support operational excellence
• Ensure accuracy of product specifications, regulatory documentation, and project deliverables
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for business growth
• Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as required

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or related field
• 2–4 years' experience in OEM/ODM, skincare, personal care, or FMCG industry
• Experience in business development, sales, or account management preferred
• Exposure to private label or white-label product development is an advantage
• Strong commercial and sales-driven mindset with pricing and negotiation experience
• Good understanding of skincare or personal care product development processes
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
