Role Description This role is ideal for an experienced operations leader who enjoys building businesses from the ground up, leading outlet openings, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence.

Industry: Food & Beverage (F&B) / Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)

You will play a key role in: 

Launching and growing SeIndonesia's operations in Malaysia

Managing and improving outlet performance

Leading operational teams and developing future leaders

Ensuring operational excellence, food safety, and customer satisfaction

Supporting business expansion and strategic growth initiatives

Acting as the key Operations liaison between Malaysia and Indonesia Headquarters

If you have experience in:

Multi-Outlet Operations Management

New Store Opening & Business Expansion

Team Leadership & People Development

Food Safety, SOP & Operational Compliance

Inventory, Cost Control & Supply Chain Management

Sales Performance & Customer Experience Improvement

F&B, Retail, or QSR Operations
