KAF Group Hiring! Full Time IT Service Management Intern in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

KAF Digital Bank is looking for a motivated intern to join our IT Service Management (ITSM) Team.

If you're interested in understanding how IT services are delivered, governed, and continuously improved in a digital bank and want hands-on experience with real-world service management processes this is for you.

This role is open to Computer Science and IT students.

Requirement: This must be part of your university's mandatory industrial training (min. 6 months).

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting incident and change management processes

• Analysis and reporting on SLAs and service performance

• Assisting with service requests and IT service desk operations

• Helping maintain the service catalogue and knowledge base

• Preparing service reports and dashboards for stakeholders
