We are looking for an Intern in Malaysia who will support the product planning team with preparing fund materials, monitoring performance, and supporting day-to-day coordination with internal and external stakeholders.


What You’ll Do

  • Assist in preparing, updating, and organizing fund presentations and marketing materials.
  • Support coordination with internal teams and external fund managers to gather fund updates and information.
  • Assist with tracking and summarizing fund performance data and highlight key trends.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing regular fund reports and updates.
  • Support logistics and coordination for fund briefings, meetings, and webinars.
  • Assist with monitoring market developments and compiling relevant updates or commentaries.
  • Assist in basic competitor and market analysis through data gathering and summaries.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for new fund launches and marketing materials preparation.


Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any other related field
  • Proactive and resourceful with strong attention to detail
  • Strong interest in investments, asset management and capital markets
  • Eager to learn, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office
  • Able to complete a minimum of 6 months internship.
