We're Hiring | DeltaV CSV Hardware / Infrastructure Engineer (12-Month Contract)

Location: Tuas, Singapore

Salary: SGD 7,000 – SGD 8,000/month

Start Date: Mid-August 2026

Employment Type: 12-Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced DeltaV CSV Hardware / Infrastructure Engineer to support automation and validation projects within a GMP-regulated Life Sciences environment. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in DeltaV DCS, DeltaV Batch (ISA-88), Computerized System Validation (CSV), and regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Computerized System Validation (CSV) activities, including validation planning, IQ/OQ execution, traceability, and documentation.
• Design, configure, and support Emerson DeltaV DCS and DeltaV Batch (ISA-88) systems.
• Execute project activities including system configuration, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and plant start-up.
• Ensure validated systems comply with GMP, GAMP, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Life Sciences (pharmaceutical or biotechnology) within GMP-regulated environments.
• Strong experience with DeltaV DCS, DeltaV Batch (ISA-88), Computerized System Validation (CSV), and Kneat or similar validation software.
• Able to commence work by mid-August 2026.
• Must have the legal right to work in Singapore without requiring employment sponsorship for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Emerson DeltaV certifications (Batch Configuration, Continuous Configuration, SIS Service, Upgrade, or Cybersecurity Assessment).
• Experience with Hyper-V, Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI), AMS Device Manager, PI Systems, and SCADA integration.
• Offshore certifications such as BOSIET and RA & Work Leader (PTW Level 2).
