Role Description The Business Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing inbound and outbound leads, and building strong relationships with prospective partners and customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, presenting Rythmagica’s products and value proposition, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The Business Development Representative collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging, gather market feedback, and support revenue growth. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing sales reports, and contributing ideas to improve lead generation and sales processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and drive consistent pipeline growth.
- Excellent Communication abilities to present solutions clearly, handle objections, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven Sales experience with a solid understanding of consultative selling and closing techniques.
- Demonstrated Business Development capabilities, including partnership building, market research, and opportunity analysis.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, small-team environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work on-site in Singapore and collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, basic sales analytics, and standard sales workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Interest in sustainable hardware, upcycling, and community-driven products is highly beneficial.
