We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to support business growth in the IT industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, preparing quotations, following up on sales opportunities, and coordinating with principals, vendors, and internal technical teams to close sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales coordination experience, and a passion for technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and customer engagement.
• Cold Call customers based on list provided by Sales team.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts by maintaining strong relationships and regular follow-ups.
• Follow Up on Contract and support renewals.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and internal teams on pricing, product availability, and technical requirements.
• Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries promptly.
• Monitor market trends and emerging IT technologies.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, events, roadshows, and customer engagement activities when required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin skill is a plus.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya.
