Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled NOC Engineer to join LGA Telecom. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and integration of our in-house network and cloud infrastructure. You will ensure that our services are delivered with the highest standards of quality, stability, and security.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage backend network systems to ensure high availability and optimal performance for uninterrupted business operations
- Provide L3 technical support by diagnosing and resolving escalated customer and internal infrastructure issues promptly
- Troubleshoot network and system incidents to minimize downtime and maintain service continuity
- Analyze infrastructure requirements and contribute to the design and deployment of hardware and software solutions that meet operational needs
- Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and customer-facing communications to support transparency and knowledge sharing
- Apply knowledge of MPLS, OSPF, BGP, Spanning Tree, VLANs, routing, and switching to maintain and optimize network infrastructure
- Implement network security principles and VPN technologies to safeguard infrastructure integrity and data confidentiality
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment, demonstrating resourcefulness and self-motivation to support operational goals
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computing, IT, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in network design, troubleshooting, and operational support
- Proficiency in MPLS, OSPF, BGP, Spanning Tree, VLANs, routing, and switching
- Understanding of network security principles and VPN technologies
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- CCNP certification
- Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Hands-on experience with Linux administration
