Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in logistics operations, preferably within EMS / Electronics Manufacturing industry.
• Must have experience in EMS / PCBA manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with import/export shipment processes and logistics coordination.
• Experience handling shipping documents such as DO, Packing List, Invoice, and delivery documents.
• Knowledge in coordinating with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers.
• Familiar with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / other ERP systems) is an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet delivery deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily logistics activities including shipment arrangement and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents for local and international shipments.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time delivery performance.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Support import/export documentation and logistics processes.
• Track delivery schedules and resolve shipment-related issues.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and reports.
• Support continuous improvement activities to enhance logistics efficiency.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
