Responsibilities and Duties
- Supervises staff to produce manufactured products and organizes and monitors workflow.
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards.
- Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data, and answering questions and responding to requests.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Knowledge of wood species, grading standards, and finishing techniques.
- Proficiency in operating industrial woodwork machinery (e.g., CNC routers, panel saws, edging machine).
- Diploma, spm or any related field
- Preferably with 2-3 years’ experience in manufacturing / planning / office furniture field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with office furniture and other office facilities.
- Strong understanding of office furniture industry and requirements.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
