Working Location: Tiong Nam Logistics, Padang Besar

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation or customer service operations. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of import and export procedures, shipping documentation and cross-border logistics operations will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee cross-border import and export shipments, ensuring timely execution from collection to final delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints and manage shipment-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Liaise closely with internal departments, including Operations, Warehouse, Forwarding, Billing and Branch Offices to ensure smooth coordination and seamless service delivery.
• Monitor shipment status and provide customers with accurate updates and solutions when required.
• Maintain accurate shipment documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
