Job Descriptions

1. Quality System & Documentation

· Supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 QMS.

· Expertly manage all quality records, including certificates, calibration data, documents, and logs, ensuring integrity, accessibility, and full traceability.

2. Process Control & Documentation Compilation

· Design and implement robust quality control procedures and work instructions for production.

· Independently draft, revise, and manage quality-related documents (control plans, FMEA, inspection criteria, etc.).

3. Monitoring, Audit & Compliance

· Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure strict adherence to quality specifications.

· Conduct regular internal audits, identify non-conformities, and drive effective corrective action plans.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Supplier Management

· Partner with Design, Production, and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues promptly.

· Participate in supplier evaluations to ensure incoming material quality meets required standards.

5. Training & Continuous Improvement

· Train production staff on quality procedures and provide day-to-day quality guidance.

· Lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing / Industrial / Mechanical Engineering.

2. Minimum 3 years in Manufacturing Industry.

3. Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing industry.

4. Experience in Switchboard Manufacturing Industry.

5. Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 will be an advantaged.

6. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
