Carpark Assistant are responsible to ensures the smooth operation of a parking facility. They guide traffic, operate payment systems, and help customers. This position is requiring shift work and basic customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service answer enquiries, and resolve minor onsite issues (like barriers system errors).

Equipment Maintenance: manage and clean or report broken machines.

Rule Enforcement: Monitor lots for security and report unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles.

Requirements Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Physical Fitness: Ability to stand long periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and basic math

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
