JOB DESCIRPTIONS:
Work Order & Operations Management
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for Outlet Managers
- Source and coordinate with specialized vendors to secure competitive, high quality repair quotations that align with company standards
- Compile and present comprehensive quotation packages for management apporval
Site & Project Execution
- Secure all necessary Permits-to -Work (PTW) and mall access
- Lead on-site monitoring during night-shift operations to ensure vendors adhere to technical specifications
- Provide critical support to the Project Team by overseeing specialized night-shift fit-out or renovation works as required
Technical "First Response" & Diagnostics
- Independently diagnose and resolve fundamental Mechanical & Electrical issues, including the replacement of minor components (e.g., lighting, transformers)
- Execute minior carpentry and furniture repairs to maintain store aesthetics
- Conduct initial site assessments to determine if a fault can be resolved in-house or requires escalation to an externel specialist
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering, architecture, interior designs or equivalent
- Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
- Required skill(s): AutoCAD
- At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Experience in retail project management will be an added advantage
- Well verse with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proactive, independent, positive attitude and able to work in a face pace working environment
- Self-motivated and good communication skills
- Willing to travel and possess own transport
- Willing to work on weekends if necessary
