Responsibilities
Warehouse Admin Assistant (Office-based)
Location: USJ, Selangor (work from office)
Employment Type: Contract (Shift-Based)
Working Hours (5.5 days)
* Shift A: Mon - Fri: 8 am – 5 pm, Sat: 8 am - 1 pm
* Shift B: Mon - Fri: 1 pm – 10 pm, Sat: 12 pm - 5 pm
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain pallet management records and documentation
* Update and manage daily reports related to warehouse operations
* Coordinate with Warehouse Team Leader to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
* Perform daily cycle counts and assist with stock take updates
* Prepare necessary documentation for operational activities
Requirements
* Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
* 3 years of experience in Warehouse Admin/FMCG (Foods & Home Care preferred)
* Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel
Salary offered: RM2000 - RM2700 + Monthly allowance RM150 + Shift allowance RM150
