ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Location: Glenmarie, Shah Alam, Selangor

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. If you are passionate about accounting, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and are looking for career growth, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operations.
• Prepare payment vouchers, cheques, and online banking transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, and government authorities.
• Prepare supporting schedules for audit, taxation, and statutory submissions.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records.
• Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and other finance-related assignments.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic results are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and Malaysian statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
