Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve speaker testing methodologies and End-of-Line (EOL) testing processes.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to introduce and standardize test technologies.
• Support new product introduction (NPI), PCP/PPCP projects, and test equipment setup.
• Perform test station setup, optimization, validation, and production handover.
• Troubleshoot EOL test equipment issues and minimize production downtime.
• Analyze test data, false reject rates, and test coverage performance.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA), 8D problem solving, and continuous improvement activities.
• Develop and maintain test procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
• Manage preventive maintenance, calibration, and reliability improvement of test equipment.
• Optimize testing processes to improve yield, reduce cycle time, and enhance product quality.
• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians and production teams.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in speaker/audio manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge in speaker acoustics and electro-acoustic testing.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Klippel speaker measurement system
• Sweep Test setup and analysis
• Air/Water Leakage Test
• Acoustic data interpretation and troubleshooting
• Experience in test process optimization and validation.
• Knowledge in test equipment calibration and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
• Familiar with data analysis tools such as:
• Minitab (DOE & statistical analysis preferred)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, charts, reporting)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in continuous improvement projects and manufacturing environment.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
