Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Supervisor / Executive at PGEO Edible Oils Sdn Bhd (A Member of Wilmar International Group of Companies) in Pasir Gudang.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with relevant working experience and strong computer proficiency may be considered even without formal qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication
• Experience in inventory management systems (e.g. SAP or similar ERP systems)
• Experience in goods receiving and issuing, stock take, and inventory control
• Experience in material movement and Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing
• Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate system records
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store operations and daily warehouse activities.
• Manage inventory levels, including machine spare parts, stock control, and ordering needs.
• Act as Internal Lead Auditor when required.
• Support store performance, including cost control and profitability.
• Supervise store staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure smooth store operations, including receiving, issuing, stock take, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised store environment in line with company standards.
• Handle employee relations, including motivation, development, and turnover management.
• Resolve operational and customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and other departments for stock code creation, overseas shipments, and related processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, security systems, and company policies.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
