Eco Retail Mart Hiring! Full Time PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Liaise closely with Buyers and the Procurement Team to ensure purchasing activities align with business and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with Buyers on product sourcing, supplier selection, pricing, and order fulfillment.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
• Compare quotations and conduct cost analysis to achieve cost savings.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Follow up with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules.
• Resolve issues related to pricing, quality, delivery delays, and supplier performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while identifying new sourcing opportunities.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation.
• Prepare procurement reports and provide purchasing analysis to management.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of working experience in Procurement or Purchasing.
• Experience working closely with Buyers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and basic formulas).
• Experience using ERP or procurement systems is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the Retail, FMCG, is highly preferred.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
