Role Description The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth operations across teams in a fast-paced, AI-focused environment. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling phone calls and emails, preparing and organizing documents, and maintaining digital records and databases. The role involves supporting executives with travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and coordination of internal and external communications. The Administrative Assistant will also assist with basic reporting, follow-up on action items, and collaboration with cross-functional team members. This is a full-time remote role, requiring reliable availability during core working hours and comfort working with digital tools and online communication platforms.
