Role Description The Logistics & Operations Support role is a 1-year contract job (renewable on yearly basis), on-site position based in Bayan Lepas. This role is responsible for coordinating daily logistics activities, including managing incoming and outgoing equipment, arranging shipments, and tracking deliveries. The position supports operations by maintaining accurate inventory records, preparing documentation for service and repair work, and ensuring timely communication with internal teams and customers. The role also involves assisting with export procedures, monitoring supply levels, and collaborating with the service team to align logistics with customer requirements. The individual in this position will help ensure smooth, efficient operations that support high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Solid Analytical Skills to track inventory, monitor logistics performance, and resolve operational issues.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management to coordinate shipments, manage stock levels, and support daily logistics activities.
• Experience with Export processes, including documentation and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling records, schedules, and equipment tracking.
• Proficiency with office and logistics software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, inventory or ERP systems).
• Ability to work on-site in Bayan Lepas and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, operations, business, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in a technical or service environment is an advantage.
