Amethyst Partners Hiring! Full Time SVP, Client Services, Fund Services in - Ricebowl

Our client is an international fund administration firm that specializes in alternative funds. Due to expansion of business, they are looking for Vice President, Client Services and the role is based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of hedge fund clients in the region and provide excellent client service to them
• Actively understand clients’ business needs such as their investment strategies, infrastructure requirements so as to provide an all-rounded fund service solutions to them
• Strengthen the existing client relationships and help identify potential business opportunities for the firm by upselling other products and services
• Keep track of the market landscape and development so as to provide added-value service to clients
• Collaborate with other teams to assist in new client on-boarding and integrations etc

Key requirements

• At least 12 years of relevant experience in Fund Services/Fund Administration/hedge fund industry
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance related discipline
• Strong technical and Operations knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to influence people and build strong relationships especially with senior management/business leaders
• Strong business acumen and market knowledge
