Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for software solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision makers.
• Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Manage sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer opportunities.

Pre-Sales Responsibilities

• Understand client business challenges and technical requirements.
• Recommend suitable software solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare solution presentations, scope of work, and technical proposals.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for project costing and implementation planning.
• Conduct product demos, proof of concept (POC), and solution briefings.
• Support tender submissions and RFP responses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in sales or pre-sales for software / IT solutions.
• Good understanding of business software, SaaS, ERP, CRM, HRMS, or digital solutions.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Able to engage both business users and technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and target oriented.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for meetings.
• Technical candidates who are interested to transition into sales are strongly encouraged to apply.

Added Advantage

• Experience in government-related sales, tenders, procurement processes, or GLC accounts.
• Existing network with government agencies, statutory bodies, or related sectors.
• Knowledge of ePerolehan / tender documentation process.
