We are looking for a passionate B2B Specialist who will join our team.


Job Summary

The B2B Specialist is responsible for developing and managing business-to-business sales opportunities within the electrical home appliances industry. This role focuses on building strong relationships with corporate clients, property developers, institutional buyers, and other business partners to drive sales growth, expand market reach, and establish long-term business partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within the assigned territory or sector.
  • Promote and sell home appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, and small appliances) to corporate clients, hotels, property developers, and other business customers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Conduct regular client visits and business review meetings.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales terms with customers.

3. Project & Channel Support

  • Support project-based sales, including residential developments, hotels, and commercial buildings.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Logistics, and After-Sales Service, to ensure smooth project execution and product delivery.
  • Coordinate product installation schedules and project timelines when required.

4. Market & Product Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide management with feedback on market demands, customer requirements, and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Identify new sales channels and emerging business opportunities.

5. Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the consumer electronics or home appliances industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the electrical home appliances market is an added advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel for business meetings and site visits.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
