IUX Hiring! Full Time Human Resources Specialist in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Specialist to support regional HR operations across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in end-to-end HR, Deel or other EOR platforms, a strong understanding of SEA employment laws, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while taking ownership to deliver efficient, compliant, and people-focused HR solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and probation.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Handle employee relations, investigations, disciplinary matters, and engagement initiatives.
• Performance Management & Learning: Coordinate performance reviews, probation, IDPs, and training programs.
• Compensation, Benefits & Compliance: Support payroll, benefits, EOR operations, compensation, and ensure HR policy and labour law compliance.
• HR Documentation & Records Management: Maintain HRIS, employee records, contracts, HR documentation, and reporting.
• Visa & Expatriate Management: Manage Employment Passes, immigration processes, and liaise with authorities and vendors.
• HR Projects & Process Improvement: Drive regional HR projects, process improvements, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR Generalist or HR Specialist experience.
• Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Hands-on experience with Deel or other Employer of Record (EOR) platforms is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of employment laws across Southeast Asia (SEA), with the ability to support a multi-country workforce.
• Experience in visa, immigration, or expatriate management is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced regional environment.
