Director, AI Experience Design

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Director, AI Experience Design, you will own the full design surface of Entermind's AI products and client deployments: user experience architecture, visual design and interface craft, design systems engineering. You will define how Entermind's enterprise clients and their customers interact with AI-native products, from the interaction logic down to the pixel. You will bring both UX rigour and UI fluency. Your work will span research, wireframing, visual design, high-fidelity prototyping and engineering handoff. You will be the person who sets the quality bar for everything Entermind ships visually. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

UX & Experience Design

• Lead end-to-end UX design for AI-native products across Entermind's client portfolio: information architecture, user flows, wireframes, interaction models and specifications for conversational agents.
• Conduct enterprise user research: qualitative discovery, contextual inquiry, jobs-to-be-done analysis and usability testing translating findings into design decisions and product requirements.
• Produce high-fidelity interactive prototypes for executive-level demonstrations, client co-design sessions and engineering handoff.

UI & Visual Design

• Own the visual design quality: screen-level UI design, visual hierarchy, typography, colour systems, iconography and motion design for AI interaction states.
• Design polished, client-ready UI mockups and visual specifications that set the quality standard for engineering implementation across web and mobile surfaces.
• Create the visual narrative for client POC demonstrations, board approval decks and product launch materials ensuring Entermind's AI capabilities are presented with the visual credibility they merit.

Client Engagement

• Lead co-design workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions with CDO, CMO, and CTO buyers at enterprise clients translating AI capability into experience strategy.
• Represent the AI experience design perspective in proposals, pitches and commercial presentations alongside Senior Partners.
• Own the visual and interaction narrative for client POC demonstrations, board approval decks, and product launch materials.

Practice Building

• Define design quality standards, review gates and handoff protocols for AI product delivery.
• Contribute to Entermind's external thought leadership on AI experience design.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Required:

• 6-8+ years of UX/UI and product design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates both interaction design rigour and strong visual craft.
• Demonstrated portfolio of enterprise-grade AI product design: AI copilots, chatbot or agent interfaces, recommendation surfaces, agentic workflow tools or AI-augmented dashboards with screen-level UI design visible in the work.
• Proficiency in Figma as the primary design and prototyping tool; comfort producing both wireframes and polished high-fidelity UI screens within the same workflow.
• Working knowledge of design systems: building and documenting reusable component libraries, token systems and usage guidelines for engineering teams.
• Strong facilitation skills: ability to run discovery workshops, co-design sessions and design reviews.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field.

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience designing for LLM-based products: streaming response UI patterns, retrieval-augmented generation interface design, agent output rendering and progressive disclosure for AI-generated content.
• Experience with agentic systems design: Multi-step task confirmation flows, agent state visualisation and failure/recovery UX patterns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects) for design, micro-interactions and visual production assets beyond core Figma workflows.
• Portfolio evidence of AI UX/UI work in BFSI, telco, energy, or FMCG sectors.
