About The Job
This role is responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process, developing talent strategies, and partnering with stakeholders to attract and hire top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in in-house corporate recruitment within an MNC environment and a track record of delivering high-quality hires.
What you'll do:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand workforce planning needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging job portals, professional networks, referrals, and employer branding initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in hiring processes to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-fill.
2. Stakeholder & Candidate Management
- Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and best hiring practices.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment aligns with business needs.
- Manage candidate engagement, ensuring a positive experience from application to onboarding.
3. Employer Branding & Talent Market Insights
- Collaborate with Marketing and HR to enhance employer branding initiatives, including recruitment campaigns and social media presence.
- Conduct market research and provide insights on industry hiring trends, talent availability, and competitive salary benchmarks.
4. Data & Compliance
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and dashboards to track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and cost-per-hire.
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies, labor laws, and best practices related to diversity and inclusion.
What You Need To Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of recruitment and Learning & Development experience in an in-house corporate MNC environment.
- Strong track record in hiring across various functions, including commercial, corporate, and technical roles.
- Hands-on experience in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple hiring projects.
- Experience in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Familiar with HR analytics and workforce planning.
- Knowledgeable in employment laws and recruitment compliance standards.
