Role Description The Finance Executive is a contract to hire, on-site role based in Cyberjaya. This position is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate financial records, including monthly and annual financial reports. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial data, reconciling accounts, supporting audits, and collaborating with internal teams to provide timely financial information for decision-making. The role also involves helping to improve financial processes and controls to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance with practical experience in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements.
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid Analytical Skills to review financial data, identify trends, and support business recommendations.
• Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and relevant Malaysian financial regulations.
• Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are an advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and/or Accounts Payable (AP).
