We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to oversee our on-premise infrastructure, container platforms, and automation pipelines. In this role, you will design, deploy, and maintain robust environments supporting our development, testing, and production workloads, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.

• On-Premise Environments: Architect, deploy, and sustain bare-metal and on-premise infrastructure to host all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• HPE Platform Administration: Provision, monitor, troubleshoot, and manage firmware updates for HPE ProLiant server hardware.
• Linux Systems Engineering: Administer Linux environments (patching, security hardening, performance tuning, and access control).
• Storage & Resilience: Oversee storage architecture, backup procedures, data replication, and disaster recovery strategies.

• Kubernetes & Containers: Build, scale, and optimize Kubernetes clusters alongside Dockerized application environments.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Architect and refine automated CI/CD workflows to streamline application delivery and release management.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Drive automation across provisioning, configuration, and day-to-day operations using IaC methodologies.

• Monitoring & Logging: Establish robust alerting, logging, and observability frameworks across infrastructure and application layers to ensure peak operational health.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure, network, system, and deployment bottlenecks across multiple environments.
• Documentation & Governance: Maintain detailed architecture diagrams, deployment runbooks, and operational guides while ensuring strict compliance with security governance.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with developers, architects, security teams, and project stakeholders on capacity planning and tech stack evaluations.

• Experience: 5+ years of proven success in DevOps, Systems Administration, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• On-Premise Expertise: Deep hands-on experience managing enterprise-grade, bare-metal data center environments.
• HPE Ecosystem: Strong technical proficiency with HPE ProLiant platforms, including HPE iLO administration and server lifecycle management.
• OS Mastery: Advanced Linux administration skills (specifically Ubuntu, Rocky Linux, or RHEL).
• Container Orchstration: Demonstrated experience deploying and scaling production-grade Kubernetes and Docker environments.
• CI/CD & Automation: Experience building automated pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and writing automation scripts (Ansible, Bash, or Python).
• Networking Foundations: Strong grasp of core networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, routing, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Analytical Skills: Superior problem-solving and diagnostic capabilities spanning infrastructure, OS, and networking layers.
