Job Scope

• Performs full cycle of recruitment; and build and expand new clientele base.
• Take full ownership of the accounts assigned and manage the client for all areas (ie. requirements, relationship, payment).
• Headhunt, source and filter good candidates through various online job portals and match candidates with the client's job openings.
• Screening resumes, interviewing candidates, write resume summary before profiling the suitable candidates for client’s considerations.
• Coordinate interview arrangements and conduct interviews for all qualified candidates.
• To achieve individual’s sales target.
