Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing / Mechatronic / Electrical / Operation/ Logistic/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent or any related field

Good communication, interpersonal skills with strong problem solving and analytical skills

Strong leadership, a team player and possess a good teamwork

Basic knowledge of production systems and machinery

Familiarity with safety and quality procedures to ensure compliance and operational excellence

Willingness to work in shifts and undertake overtime as required.

To supervising and improving production, support engineering teams, draw up safety protocols and develop strategies to improve safety, quality and productivity in achieving daily output targets efficiently

To ensure strict compliance to safety procedures and maintain high-quality standards across all operation

To be responsible for production line performance and promptly reporting any issues or disruptions

To provide training and on-the-job coaching to team members to enhance skills and productivity

To support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts

To prepare and submit daily production reports to management for review and analysis.
