Working location : Tampines

Job Description:

- Process inbound and outbound transactions in SAP and in-house warehouse management systems.

- Reply to customer enquiries and provide timely updates via email.

- Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth order processing.

- Perform picking, packing, and quality checking (QC) activities.

- Monitor inventory accuracy and update system records accordingly.

- Support stock take and cycle count activities when required.

- Liaise with operations team to ensure customer requirements are met.

- Assist in resolving operational and system-related issues.

- Follow instructions from the Supervisor/Manager and support daily operational requirements.

- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Requirements:

- 5 working days

- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office

- Possess good work ethics and positive working attitude

- Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-pace environment

- Demonstrate an eye for details and ability to prioritize urgent tasks

- Expect overtime on a regular basis

- Individual without experience may apply as training will be provided as our cost

Education:

• Bachelor's or equivalent (Preferred)
