About the Role
Natoma Professional Cleaning Services is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Cleaning Specialist to support our growing portfolio of commercial, industrial, post-construction, event, and specialized cleaning projects.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site visits and client meetings
to assess project requirements and recommend suitable cleaning solutions.
Estimate and recommend appropriate manpower, equipment, chemicals, and operational requirements for various cleaning projects.
Should be able to execute jobs of any nature
10 years of Hands on experience
Support business development efforts by assisting in site surveys and project conversions.
Assist with event coordination, special projects, and regular cleaning operations.
Be hands-on and willing to perform cleaning duties whenever operationally required.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in the professional cleaning industry.
Strong knowledge of commercial, industrial, post-construction, and specialized cleaning operations.
Proven experience in conducting site surveys and preparing project estimates.
Good understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, machinery, and cleaning methodologies.
Familiarity with Singapore cleaning industry standards and workplace safety requirements.
Preferred Qualifications: WSQ-related certifications in Environmental Cleaning or Facilities Management.
Experience in tender preparation and project costing.
Knowledge of mechanized cleaning equipment including:
Auto scrubbers
Ride-on scrubbers
High-pressure jet washers
Steam cleaning equipment
Carpet extraction machines
Industrial vacuum systems
Floor polishing and grinding equipment
