Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of sales or business development experience (fresh graduates with strong drive may be considered)
  • Exposure to facilities management, property management, or service-based industries is an advantage
  • Strong interest in sales with a proactive and results-driven attitude
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SalesForce is an added advantage
  • Willingness to travel within Malaysia as needed

Responsibilities

Job Purpose

The position is responsible for supporting the development of new Integrated Facilities Management business opportunities within the target market, building and maintaining client relationships, and assisting in achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

The role holder will be expected to:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads and support the development of a healthy sales pipeline
  • Assist in managing communication with prospective and existing clients regarding proposals, tenders, and service offerings
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and bid documentation
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients at operational and middle management levels
  • Work closely with internal departments to develop suitable solutions for clients
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, client interactions, and updates in SalesForce
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the team
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits when required
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and progress
